Rules:

- Max of 3 members per team.

- Original idea (not submitted to a previous hackathon). You must start coding at the hackathon.

- Successfully extract value using The Weather Company data

- Use Data Scientist Workbench as the development and demonstration platform.

- Submit code to the hackathon's GitHub organization. Your team must include all notebooks created in Data Scientist Workbench.

- Present solution to a panel of judges (10 minutes in total for presentation and demo).

- Finalists to present their solution to a panel of Judges at IBM Insight, on October 27 (10 minutes in total for presentation and demo).
